Drew Brees will be back in New Orleans for at least another season of playing quarterback for the Saints. He’ll be doing so on a pitch count of sorts.
Head coach Sean Payton revealed in a recent interview that they will give him some extra rest this season. Don’t worry, Brees’ pitch count will be in terms of practice not games.
Brees will still take almost all of the snaps at quarterback, assuming he doesn’t get hurt again.
