New Orleans Saints Head Coach Sean Payton isn’t sure who will be his team’s returner this season. He even compared the situation to the popular show ‘The Bachelor,’ because there are so many players competing for the job.
Three players returned five or more kicks for New Orleans last season. Tommylee Lewis tallied 307 yards on 13 kick returns while star rookie Alvin Kamara returned a kickoff 106 yards for a touchdown against the Buccaneers in Week 17.
Saints’ HC Sean Payton: “Our return game is kind of like The Bachelor right now. We have about 12 contestants all with roses. We don't know who our returner is going to be. And if she doesn’t like any of them we will bring in more.”

Ted Ginn Jr. had five kickoff returns for the Saints in 2017 and Trey Edmunds finished with three. It’s kind of funny, but Payton is dead serious. He must be a big fan.
