New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley had himself an outstanding rookie year. In fact he’s in the running for NFL’s rookie of the year award.
Those credentials aren’t good enough to get him into the Super Bowl media center. Saquon was reportedly denied access because he didn’t have the proper credentials to gain entry.
Wanna know how security is here at the media center? They just denied Saquon Barkley entry because he doesn’t have a credential. #SBLIII

Someone needs to train the security up on using a little common sense. Saquon Barkley is a young up-and-coming star in the NFL, he shouldn’t need official credentials to gain entry to an NFL event.
Saquon eventually made it in and had to have a police escort to get away from autograph seekers.
There are signs all over #SuperBowLIII Radio Row that say ‘No autographs please.’ Saquon Barkley signed dozens anyway. Then Georgia state police had to escort him away. #Giants #nyg #nygiants pic.twitter.com/T98ziEjbyu
