LINDEN – A brother and sister in Linden could face child endangerment and narcotics charges after methamphetamine and marijuana were found in their home during a probation search Thursday evening, according to the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office.
Kristine Bracksieck, 26, and Joseph Bracksieck, 23, were contacted in the 5100 block of North Harrison Street about 9 p.m., and deputies say Kristine Bracksieck attempted to stash more than 200 grams of marijuana in a drawer in a child’s bedroom as officials searched the home. An additional 90.6 grams of marijuana was found under a child’s crib during the search, according to the Sheriff’s Office. Authorities say they also recovered a pipe and digital scale from the home.
Obviously it doesn’t mean that Samantha has any kind of substance abuse issues. But it’s certainly an interesting wrinkle in the Judge and Bracksieck relationship.
