The pressure is on in Carolina for Panthers head coach Ron Rivera. Cam Newton hasn’t practice since re-injuring his foot during Thursday night’s loss to the Buccaneers.
Newton’s status for this weekend’s game is still up in the air, but it’s looking more and more like he will be ruled out. Rivera wasn’t in any mood to discuss his status on Thursday.
Rivera was asked one too many times about Newton, after asking the media to focus their questions on the game and not Cam, and walked out of his press conference early.
