Saints quarterback Drew Brees showed up to Saturday night’s Pelicans game with a Red Sox hat and red, white, and blue shoes that Robert Kraft would have been jealous of.
The obvious conclusion is he’s rooting for the Patriots in the Super Bowl.
Which makes sense if the other team ended your season, as the Rams did to the Saints in the NFC Championship game.

Brees must still be broken up about that interception he threw in overtime that helped to setup the game winning field goal for the Rams.
Sadly it’s probably some sort of protest against the pass interference no-call, as if the rest of the game didn’t even matter.
No matter what the reason, we all now know Brees wants the Patriots to win the Super Bowl.
