There will be more kneeling during the National Anthem in Carolina. The Panthers signed a three year extension with safety Eric Reid, reportedly worth $22 million.
The former 49er was one of the first players to join Colin Kaepernick’s National Anthem protest. He played 13 games for Carolina last season and recorded 71 tackles with an interception.

We have to wonder if Reid will still be part of the lawsuit against the NFL for alleged collusion to keep him and Kaepernick out of the league.
I’m no lawyer, but you have to figure if he played last season and just signed a three year deal, that it will be pretty hard to prove collusion against him.
