Steelers linebacker Ryan Shazier continues to recover from the spinal cord injury he suffered at the end of 2017. He’s been making steady progress since having spinal stabilization surgery early in 2018.
The 26-year-old former first-round draft pick took his recovery to new heights, literally. Shazier shared a video of himself doing box jumps.

That’s amazing progress. Shazier, who is under contract with the Steelers this season, still has dreams of returning to the field.
If Shazier is ever physically ready to take the field, let’s hope the Steelers teach him how to properly tackle first.
