Rutgers attempted a “Philly Special” against Penn State on a 4th down and goal down by 13 points and it didn’t go well.  The score might have been a game changing touchdown, but it Failed miserably.

This is what a 1-10 team looks like.

Penn State won the game fairly easily 20-7.  If only Rutgers was close to being competent at the game of football.

It’s really hard to only win one game in College Football.  It’s even harder to not score more 17 points in any of the losses.
