A sambo event in Russia’s Vladivostok turned ugly when two female athletes brawled in the stands, leaving one with concussion and a broken nose.
The incident took place during the “Yuri Potapov Memorial” on the Far East Russkiy Island, when the two competitors shocked the crowd by fighting in the stands.

Footage posted online appeared to show that the fight was instigated by a man wearing a red outfit, who punched another person standing next to boxer.
Vitsina was taken to hospital after the incident and was diagnosed with concussion and a broken nose.
Both athletes were disqualified from the tournament.
