Outfielder Clint Frazier has been dealing with lingering concussion symptoms since running into a wall on Saturday. He spoke Wednesday about still suffering from headaches.
That was until he spoke to Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, who is apparently serving as concussion expert during his time at Yankees Spring Training.
According to reports, Frazier began to feel better and even resume some baseball activities, after getting advice from Wilson. What was his magic concussion healing advice? Drink as much water as possible.
It’s as simple as that. I thought his advice was going to be was to deny that concussions exist.
Clint Frazier says he feels better than earlier this morning, only slight headaches now. Russell Wilson recommended he drink water, which helped https://t.co/W9a01lcktw

Clint Frazier (concussion) took 25 swings today – five off a tee, 20 front toss – and said that he felt much better. "I have my life back in me." Russell Wilson told him to drink as much water as possible… that's what they do in the NFL.

I heard from another NFL quarterback that drinking a lot of water also prevents sunburn.
