Vinatieri’s former teammate Pat McAfee has heard that it could be the end for the best to ever do it and reached out to him via a text message.
“Folks thinkin Vinatieri’s retiring.. I sent a text, haven’t gotten a response yet but, I do know that the game’ll miss him if that’s the case.”
“In a game that revolves around points, to have the most, is a pretty legendary thing.. Just a kid from South Dakota.
It was an honor 🐐.”
Either way Vinatieri had one hell of a career. If you’re the Colts you have to be wondering if there’s something forcing retirements in the water.
