Former MLB pitcher Roy Halladay’s father reportedly told investigators that he was worried his son was abusing prescription medication at the time of his fatal plane crash.
According to documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Halladay’s father expressed his concerns with NTSB investigators on two separate occasions.
Halladay did have prescription drugs in his system at the time of the accident.
