Gronkowski the horse, partially owned by New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski, finished second behind Triple Crown winner Justify in the Belmont Stakes on Saturday.
Of course the man who the horse is named after was in attendance, and even wagered a little bit of cash on his own horse. Gronk and his Broskis bet 69 dollars on the thoroughbred.

The second-place result was a pleasant surprise for the tight end and his team, given that Gronkowski missed both the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness Stakes due to illness and that the No. 6 horse finished with 24-1 odds to win.
I can confirm that the 69 jokes are NOT getting old to the Gronkowskis. They were so happy Gronk the horse had post postion No. 6, but so disappointed that there were 10 horses in the race, not 9.

Gronk’s girlfriend Camille Kostek was also by his side, and posed for some pictures as the proud owner was grinning ear to ear all day long.

Life for Gronk just keeps getting better. He has more fun than any athlete on the planet. Playing football is just the cherry on the top of the cake.
