The Boston Red Sox have struggled mightily to start the season. On Friday night it was Rick Porcello’s turn to take the mound and the struggles continued.
Porcello lasted just 4 2/3 innings and gave up 7 earned runs on 10 hits to the Arizona Diamondbacks This rough outing comes after he gave up 9 runs in 2 2/3 innings in his first start of the season to the Seattle Mariners.
Porcello, a 17 game winner a season ago, wasn’t happy at all about his latest subpar performance. He decided to take out his frustrations on the water cooler.

Throwing a water cooler in anger will get things turned around. I mean, at this point, it couldn’t hurt. Things really can’t get much worse than they already are for the Red Sox.
