Dan Snyder is finally selling his NFL franchise, or at least part of it.
Dan Snyder has hired Bank of America to sell the Washington Commanders. According to a person familiar with the process, Snyder already has at least four calls from groups interested in buying the team. In March of 2021 Snyder and his family got 100% control of the Commanders when he bought out his minority partners.

As you would imagine, there are already investors champing at the bit to get one of the 32 NFL teams, but with Dan Snyder you never know, but it does appear to leave the door open to continue to control a majority stake.
The team as a whole put out a statement which backs up the Forbes reporting, but of course goes into little detail:
