Washington Redskins running back Derrius Guice had himself a day on Twitter on Saturday.  The second-year running back, who tore his ACL in the preseason last year, saw that his team drafted another running back. 

The team already has a lot names on the roster at that position with Adrian Peterson, Chris Thompson, Samaje Perine and, of course, Guice.  The pick led to this tweet.

As much attention as that tweet received, it was a tweet about Instagram model Sommer Ray that got even more attention.  Guice was apparently try to relax following the Redskins selection of another running back, and he did so by checking out Ray’s Twitter account.  He was so impressed by what he saw that he proposed to her, “Pick the day we getting married.”

Shooter’s shoot and running backs propose through social media.  We can’t say we blame the 21-year-old.  There’s a reason she’s racked up over 20 million Instagram followers and another 784k on Twitter.
