Cincinnati Reds pitcher Homer Bailey, one of the best pitcher names ever, forgot how to pitch on Monday night.  With runners on base he went to throw a pitch and never took the ball out of his glove.

Who knows if the ball slipped out of his hand as he went through his motion or he just suffered a major brain fart.  Whatever the case it has to be one of the worst balks of all-time. 

You certainly don’t see that every day.  It will be on blooper reels for years to come.
