Red Sox pitcher Rick Porcello was hit in the head with a line drive in the second inning of Monday’s game against the Cubs.  The ball was hit so hard that it ended up in centerfield after hitting him in the head.

Porcello was knocked off his feet, but quickly got up and laughed it off.  He stayed in the game and ended up pitching four innings.

Porcello has an extremely hard head.  He took a rocket to the side of the head, the ball went into the outfield, he dusts himself off and laughed about it.

This guy is a maniac.
