Baltimore Ravens rookie running back Keaton Mitchell will miss the rest of the season with a knee injury suffered in Sunday night’s 23-7 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, head coach John Harbaugh said postgame, according to Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic.

Mitchell was carried off the field during the fourth quarter before being carted to the locker room. He was ruled out shortly after.

The 21-year-old has been a sensation for Baltimore in his first season. Entering Sunday’s matchup, he had rushed for 323 yards on 38 carries, good for 8.5 yards per carry.

He finished Sunday’s game with nine carries for 73 yards plus two catches for 15 yards.

Gus Edwards and Justice Hill are in position to receive more work with Mitchell out. Harbaugh added that the team will add veteran Melvin Gordon to the active roster from the practice squad.

Marcus Williams is day-to-day with a groin injury, Harbaugh mentioned, per Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Banner.

The Ravens clinched a playoff spot with their victory against the Jaguars.
