In a clip shared by radio host Jim Costa, Rashan Gary’s mom Jennifer tackled questions head on about Rashan’s performance this season. Rashan already declared for the 2019 NFL Draft and might just be a top five pick.
His mom wasn’t having any of the negative talk.
She went on to provide a breakdown of Don Brown’s defensive scheme and Gary’s assignment in 2018:
When pressed about what his role would be in the NFL, Coney-Shepherd deferred.
Instead, she pointed out that Gary did the job he was asked to do for Michigan’s defense.

Looks like Rashan’s Mom knows her X’s and O’s. This exchange is classic.
