The Khalil Mack holdout had only two outcomes. He would be given a new long-term deal by the Raiders or he would be traded.
It now looks like the trade route is the one the Raiders have decided to take. According to Adam Schefter, the Raiders have an agreement in place to trade the defensive lineman to the Bears.

Chicago must be prepared to back the Brink’s truck up to Mack’s door. He’s expected to be seeking an Aaron Donald type deal.
The Donald deal made him the highest paid defensive player in NFL history.
