Illinois and Purdue are taking each other on during a wet and miserable day in West Lafayette, Indiana. The sloppy game caused one of the worst punts in the history of football.
Purdue’s Danny Carollo had the ball slip out of his hands right before he went to kick it. He somehow managed to get his foot on the ball, but it bounced in the backfield just a few feet ahead of him.
The terrible punt ended up rolling and going down in the books as a 15-yarder.
