The case against Robert Kraft stemming from a couple of visits to a Florida day spa continues to make its way through the Florida court system. Prosecutors are reportedly attempting to increase the charges against him.
The latest move was a court filing arguing that the Patriots owner, who was charges with two misdemeanor counts of soliciting prostitution, should be charged with a third-degree felony.

If the 78-year-old was convicted of the felony, he could face up to five years in prison. The almost unheard of move is considered to be a very bold one by prosecutors.
