Jameis Winston had one of the strangest seasons of all-time with the Buccaneers last season.  He led the NFL in passing with over 5,000 yards and 30 touchdowns.  But he also threw 30 interceptions.

Throughout Winston’s career he has often been seen squinting his eyes in the middle of games and some of the interceptions he’s thrown confirm that he had a hard time seeing without his contacts.

Winston didn’t like wearing his contacts during games and it cost him big time.  Instead of cashing in on a 5,000 yard, 30 touchdown season, he’s a backup with the Saints because of the 30 interceptions he threw.

The former Bucs quarterback had Lasik eye surgery in the offseason and revealed just how blind he was prior to the surgery.  He says that he can now read street signs and license plates.
