A Philadelphia reporter on the streets of New Orleans was holding up a custom Nick Foles during a live tv spot when a Saints fan walked by and let out a “who dat?”

The reporter responded to the Saints fan by yelling, “who dat?  Who dat’s the Super Bowl champs.  That’s what I’m talking about.”

It doesn’t get more Philadelphia than this guy.  He had to respond and he had to respond by mentioning the Eagles are the defending champs.
