Free agent pitcher Madison Bumgarner is expected to get plenty of interest this offseason. The 30-year-old left-hander isn’t the pitcher he was a couple of years ago, but he’s still a workhorse and a hard nosed competitor.
The Phillies are one of the teams reportedly interested in his services. After landing Bryce Harper in free agency last year, then failing to make it to the playoffs, they will be looking to make several moves.
