Everyone seemed to love the Tennessee Titans offensive line’s pregame festivities prior to Game 2 of the Jets-Predators series. Everyone except for PETA.
The animal rights organization, known more for overreacting to the mistreatment of animals than helping mistreated animals, took to Twitter to ruin everyone’s fun.
The Titans lineman used beer and a dead catfish as a prop to get the fans in Nashville excited about the game. PETA called it horrifying and asked, “What kind of person uses the corpse of a small tortured animal to celebrate?!”
This is HORRIFYING. What kind of person uses the corpse of a small tortured animal to celebrate?! Wrong on so many levels. https://t.co/cLMxDUXBs1

If only they were joking. Unfortunately they’re 100 percent serious.
Nobody is for true animal abuse, but this is a dead fish and there are much more important things to get uptight about.
