Patriots head coach Bill Belichick took the team on a paintball outing Monday instead of having the two practice sessions that were scheduled.  Sometimes you have to do some team building away from the facility.

According to reports from the paintball outing, Belichick took the paintball matches very seriously.  He even shot his players in the face.

Linebacker Kyle Van Noy revealed in a Twitch livestream with teammate Dont’a Hightower that Belichick shot him in the face.

Via NBC Sports Boston:

“I got hit, I’m telling you,” Van Noy told teammate Dont’a Hightower during their Twitch stream on Tuesday. “This paintball hit me in the mask, and the mask hit my tooth and my s— still hurts.”

Hightower pressed Van Noy to tell the viewers who shot him with the paintball, and he made a hilarious admission.

“Bill got my ass,” he said.

Nothing like the coach shooting your teeth in with paintballs to let you know he likes you.  Get ready for another Patriots Super Bowl run.
