Patrick Mahomes has had himself quite the run in Kansas City over the past couple of seasons. He took home the NFL MVP award in 2018, but fell short in the playoffs when the Chiefs lost to the Patriots in heartbreaking fashion.
All Mahomes did was bounce back with a Super Bowl run and a Super Bowl MVP award, becoming the youngest to win the award in the history of the NFL.
So what’s next for the young quarterback? How about a contract extension? Mahomes addressed that on Monday after celebrating the win well into the night.
