Cornerback Eli Apple has signed with the Panthers. The team announced the signing on Thursday evening.
The former first-round pick had originally agreed to a one-year deal with the Raiders back in March. That fell apart last month, making him a free agent once again.
The 24-year-old is now on his third team since entering the league in 2016.
