Panthers quarterback Cam Newton doesn’t seem too concerned with the reports that he could sit out the entire 2019 season while he nurses a bum shoulder. He’s taking advantage of having a new team owner by getting his first tattoo.

Former Panthers owner Jerry Richardson asked Newton, when he was drafted by Carolina to not get any tattoos. As it turned out Richardson wasn’t exactly the best person to be handing out moral advice.
Newton hasn’t yet revealed what the tattoo is and where on his body he got it, but we’re hoping it’s words and they’re in his annoying Instagram font.
