After only owning the home for about a year, Orlando Magic guard Arron Afflalo is attempting to flip his luxurious Las Vegas home, putting it on the market for $5,675,000.
Public records show Afflalo bought the 11,433-square-foot mansion in February 2017 for $3.8 million. Earlier this month, the 11-year NBA veteran also listed his 5,422-square-foot West Los Angeles home for $2.3 million.
The Los Angeles native, whose NBA career has included stints with the Denver Nuggets, Portland Trail Blazers, New York Knicks, Sacramento Kings, and most recently the Magic, was using the homes during the off-season. Just imagine the parties that went down.
Via the Listing:
The home is located on the championship Bear’s Best Las Vegas golf course and has views of the links. The views—which also include the surrounding mountains and the glittering Las Vegas Strip in the distance—are best enjoyed from the home’s multiple terraces.
Check out the gallery below, I’m sure he’s trying to make some quick cash on the flip. At 32 years old, there’s not much more coming to the NBA baller.
