Orioles leftfielder DJ Stewart had to leave Tuesday night’s game against the Yankees after misplaying a fly ball off of his head. It wasn’t a routine fly ball, we’ll give him that, but he misplayed it nonetheless.
As Stewart attempted to run in and make a play, he either slipped or tried to make a sliding catch and took it off the dome. If he was an actual Major Leaguer and not an Oriole he would have known how to properly play the ball.
