Olympic gold medal winning hockey player Kendall Coyne threw out the first pitch at a White Sox game. But she didn’t use her arm to do it.

Coyne used her hockey stick. The pitch was a little high, but made it to the catcher in the air and was over the plate.
If she could figure out how to throw a breaking ball she might have something here.
