On first down Jalen Hurts was sacked for a loss of 10 yards. That play was followed up by a loss of 20 on terribly executed running play. An unsportsmanlike conduct penalty followed that and pushed the Sooners offense back to the 44-yard line.
Then the 4th down and goal punt took place.
