Former Ohio State dual threat quarterback Tathan Martell transferred to Miami after Urban Meyer decided to step down as the Buckeyes head coach last year. 

Martell was expected to take over as the Hurricanes starting QB this season, but on Monday it was announced that redshirt freshman Jarren Williams will be the starter. 

The unexpected move doesn’t mean Martell won’t see time this season.  Let’s hope the announcement doesn’t end his relationship with Instagram model Kiki Passo. 

That would be a shame.  But so is Passo being the girlfriend of Miami’s backup quarterback, she’s starting quarterback girlfriend material.
