Notre Dame took the field for the first time this season on Monday night. The 9th ranked Irish took on an unranked Louisville team. After getting off to a slow start, Notre Dame took their play to the next level and came away with a convincing 35-17 win.
Winning the game wasn’t enough for Notre Dame quarterback Ian Book. He had to injure a Louisville cheerleader before the game ended.
In the 4th quarter Book threw a pass way out of bounds. It just so happened to ruin a cheerleaders night by hitting her in the side of the head.
