The record of 14 is held by Alex Rodriguez and Albert Pujols. He has nine games to not only break the record, but shatter it.

Christian doesn’t appear ready to hand over the NL MVP. If he can keep up just a fraction of his hot start he will easily walk away with back-to-back MVPs.
Whether or not that leads to a World Series appearance for Milwaukee is yet to be seen, but it will make for a fun summer.
