Tennessee Titans left tackle Taylor Lewan was knocked out cold by a vicious crackback block on an interception. Dolphins defensive end Andre Branch laid Lewan out Miami safety Reshad Jones intercepted a pass.
The huge hit left Lewan laying face down on the field. The play earned Branch a penalty and sparked a brief scuffle.

These kinds of brutal hits are why crackback blocks are against the rules. Hopefully Lewan doesn’t miss too much time with what is certainly a concussion.
