New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram, Minnesota Vikings running back Latavius Murray and former head coach and current ESPN analyst Rex Ryan, visited U.S. troops and their families at military bases in Italy and Germany during a weeklong NFL-USO tour
Now check this out, apparently they’re doing some training with K-9’s, and Mark Ingram got pulled down by one of the dogs. That’s crazy, you have to have a lot of guts to stand there and take a dog charging you down. Those running backs don’t have it easy.

The NFL has supported several different USO projects through Salute to Service and, in 2016, announced a $5M commitment over three years to support the expansion and refurbishment of USO centers and programming. Not sure what this part of their mission is all about.
