New Orleans Saints star QB Drew Brees didn’t have a completion until the final play of the first quarter. Things certainly weren’t much better the rest of the game for Brees and the NFC South-leading New Orleans Saints, whose 10-game winning streak ended in a 13-10 loss at the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday night.
How did the Cowboys manage to stop the NFL’s highest powered offense?

What in the hell is a man in Cowboys’ gear, with a cell phone and a headset, doing on the Saints’ sideline behind their head coach? @NFL @Saints @nflnetwork #SaintsCowboys pic.twitter.com/aTeOMjvxlm

The Saints went into Thursday night averaging an NFL-high 37.6 points per game. Then the Cowboys stopped them, coincidence?
Out of nowhere, they played like a championship defense.
Jerry Jones: “They played like a championship defense.”

There should never be a guy on another team’s sideline ever wearing any gear other than the team that is on that sideline.
Definitely bizarre.
