If you watched Netflix’s “Last Chance U,” you’re familiar with some of the stars of the show, specifically Ronald Ollie.
Ollie was one of the stars of the first season, which documented players at East Mississippi Community College as they tried to secure scholarships to Division I schools. Ollie, a charismatic defensive tackle with a tragic backstory, landed at Nicholls State, an FCS program in Louisiana.
Ollie, who went undrafted in the 2019 NFL draft, was able to parlay that tryout into a contract with the Raiders.

Ollie is the second “Last Chance U” alum to link up with an NFL team in recent weeks.
Dakota Allen, a linebacker, was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in the seventh round.
Last Chance U can sometimes give you one more chance.
