Ever since video of Women’s Soccer star Carli Lloyd kicking a 55-yard field goal during an Eagles practice surfaced, there have been reports that NFL teams have reached out to her. According to her trainer James Galanis, one team has gone as far as to offer her a spot on the roster so she could kick in a preseason game on Thursday.
Unfortunately, Lloyd has a conflict and won’t be able to kick in the game. She’ll be busy with the United States women’s national team, who has a game against Portugal scheduled.
