Trading for Rodgers would probably be a move that Jon Gruden would absolutely support.  It all depends on how well Derek Carr is performing.

If a team can turn down Tom Brady in favor of Jimmy Garoppolo then a team could certainly turn down a deal for Aaron Rodgers in favor of Derek Carr.
