Mike Fisher of 105.3 The Fan reported on Saturday the Cowboys have an “offer on the table” which would “likely” make Dak Prescott the “highest-paid player” in the history of football: five years, $35 million per year, with $106 million guaranteed.

However Yahoo Sports’ Charles Robinson reported Prescott wants to sign a four-year deal.
The Cowboys slapped Prescott with the franchise tag in March and the 26-year-old has until July 15 to work out a long-term deal.
