Nebraska head coach Fred Hoiberg left his team’s loss to Indiana in the Big Ten Conference Tournament on Wednesday night early with an illness. He looked miserable throughout the game and was taken to the hospital for medical attention.
Everyone feared that Hoiberg was coaching with the coronavirus, he was not. He was evaluated by the medical staff prior to the game and at the hospital. He was diagnosed with a common cold and was sent back to the team hotel.
