Nebraska head basketball coach Tim Miles has found himself on the hot seat after a 15-12 start to the season, that includes a 5-11 record in the Big 10.
Miles sat down with Jeff Goodman for his “Good ‘N Plenty” podcast and talked about being on the hot seat. He isn’t concerned at all about being fired.
Miles said if he gets fired, he’s still going to get paid and still be a millionaire.
Good ‘N Plenty pod:
A terrific, candid conversation with Nebraska’s Tim Miles on what life has been like on the Hot Seat.
Also, my take on the Kentucky Wildcats, Michigan State’s ceiling without Langford and Ward, and Zion in next year’s dunk contest. https://t.co/n0N0VYIrdv

There’s being honest, then there’s being Tim Miles honest. That kind of honesty is probably a step or two too far, especially if he wants to work ever again after the Cornhuskers fire him.
