Ndamukong Suh and His Girlfriend Katya Leick Got Engaged While on Vacation in France

Defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh has had a busy off-season. The former Lion, Dolphin and Ram became the newest member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense on Thursday when he agreed to a one-year, $9.25 million deal.

After he signed the deal, he and his girlfriend Katya Leick took a prearranged trip to France, with a new deal to celebrate. While in France Suh made Leick his fiancee by proposing to his longtime girlfriend.

She said yes and Suh made it official on social media on Friday morning.

Took my best friend to Francé and she became my Fiancé!!

There must be something in the air this off-season with defensive lineman and getting engaged while on vacation. Fellow dominant defensive lineman J.J. Watt proposed to his girlfriend while on vacation on Sunday.

As is the case with Watt, Suh’s fiancee is an athlete too. She played college basketball at Nebraska and Kansas State. See more of Katya below:
