Sources: The NBA is proposing to the NBPA that players take a 50 percent paycheck reduction beginning April 15. The NBPA has counter-proposed a 25 percent reduction of paychecks starting in mid-May.

The league is going to lose millions during the suspension of the season. At this point there really isn’t a way to avoid players missing out on part or all of their paychecks.
No money in equals no out. It’s really a simple concept and an unfortunate reality for many around the world.
